Aqua Aerobics.


Last year i use to attend Aqua Aerobic classes weekly, sometimes twice a week and i really enjoyed it but after my mental health fell through i stopped going.

I have pondered the thought of going back but have always been worried that i might have a panic attack in the water and make a complete fool of myself.

Yesterday i took the step to put my swimmer suit back on and attend a class, i am glad i did i enjoyed it a lot, got a good work out and saw a lot of happy friendly faces.

Because i havn’t been used to going anymore i was defiantly exhausted afterwards, but over all felt better for doing something healthy and productive and didn’t have a panic attack.
